By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and applicable laws. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

Services are intended for users 18+ who are authorized to act on behalf of a motor carrier, broker, or transportation business. You are responsible for ensuring compliance by anyone using the Services through your device or account.

3. Scope of Services

We provide third-party filing assistance for FMCSA and related agencies, including: USDOT registration/reactivation/deactivation; MCS-150 Biennial Update; MC Authority application/reinstatement; UCR filing; BOC-3 process agent filing; name/record updates; and general compliance support. We are not affiliated with the U.S. DOT or FMCSA. Filings are based on information you provide.

4. Orders and Customer Information

Orders may be placed via website, chat, email, or phone. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and authorize its use solely to complete filings. We are not liable for delays, rejections, fines, or penalties caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely data you provide.

5. Filing and Processing Times

Processing begins after payment and receipt of required documentation. Typical timeframes are 24–72 business hours, but are estimates only and may vary due to federal systems, holidays, or missing information.

6. Fees and Payments

Prices include our service fee and, when applicable, government fees. Payment in full is required before processing. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount. Prices may change without prior notice.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Once a filing has begun or been submitted to an agency, all sales are final. If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be available (less administrative costs). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Privacy

We use your information solely to provide Services and communicate about your filings. See our Privacy Policy.

9. No Legal or Financial Advice

We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our materials and assistance are for informational and administrative support only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of our website and Services is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation or guaranteed approval of filings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, penalties, or delays). If liability is established, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logistic Renewals and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or inaccuracies in information you provide.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution in writing. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Phoenix, Arizona. Each party bears its own costs. You waive jury trial and class actions.

15. Intellectual Property

All content (text, graphics, logos, designs) is our property or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without written permission.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
