Welcome to Logistic Renewals (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to www.logisticrenewals.com and any subdomains (the “Site”) and to services that link to this Policy (the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you consent to our data practices described here. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

1) Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

Contact and business details; filing information (e.g., USDOT/MC data, EIN/SSN if required by filing); communications (email/chat/forms); payment info (processed by third parties—full card data not stored); job applicant data.

b) Automatically Collected (“Usage Information”)

IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit URLs, approximate location (e.g., city/ZIP), performance and analytics data.

c) From Third Parties

We may receive data from payment processors, analytics vendors, marketing platforms, anti-fraud tools, social integrations, and government portals used for filings.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide, administer, and improve Services and filings (USDOT, MCS-150, MC Authority, UCR, BOC-3, etc.).
  • Identity verification, fraud prevention, and security.
  • Process payments via third-party processors.
  • Send order status, reminders, and compliance notices.
  • Support requests and customer service.
  • Personalization, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Legal/regulatory compliance; enforcement of Terms.
  • Recruiting and HR (if you apply for a job).

3) Disclosure of Information

We may share information with government agencies/portals to complete filings; service providers (hosting, payment, analytics, email/SMS, support, e-signature); affiliates and advisors; successors in a transaction; and law enforcement/regulators when required. We do not sell Personal Information. We may use de-identified/aggregated data for analytics and improvement.

4) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, beacons, and similar tools for operation, security, preferences, analytics, and marketing measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not function without cookies. Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5) Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to DNT signals due to lack of industry standards.

6) Your Choices

Unsubscribe from marketing via the link in our emails or email support@logisticrenewals.com. Request access/correction via email. Sensitive identifiers (e.g., SSN/EIN) are collected only when necessary for filings and handled with enhanced safeguards.

7) Children’s Privacy

Services are intended for users 18+. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized activity.

9) Links to Other Sites

Third-party sites are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for their practices.

10) Data Retention

We retain data as needed to provide Services, meet legal/record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

11) International Transfers

We operate in the United States. If data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate, lawful safeguards.

12) California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have the rights to know/access, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive Personal Information, and opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not sell). Non-discrimination applies. Submit requests by emailing support@logisticrenewals.com. We may need to verify identity and authorized agent status. We will acknowledge within required timelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Many FMCSA filings are submitted quickly and cannot be reversed. Please review this policy before purchasing.

1) General Policy

  • Once a filing has begun or been submitted to an agency (e.g., FMCSA, UCR, BOC-3), all sales are final.
  • If a service has not been accessed or initiated, you may request a cancellation for a partial refund (less administrative/processing costs).
  • Digital deliverables and custom compliance services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

2) Refund Eligibility

We may consider refunds when:

  • No work has begun and no filing has been submitted; or
  • The delivered service materially deviates from the description and cannot be reasonably cured; or
  • Duplicate orders occurred due to a checkout error.

Not eligible: inaccurate/incomplete/untimely information you provide; agency rejections outside our control; change-of-mind after work begins; missed deadlines due to missing required documents/approvals outside our control.

3) Fees, Deductions & Timing

  • Approved refunds may include up to a 10% processing fee to cover payment/administrative costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing by your bank.

4) Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 30 days of purchase only if the service has not been accessed and the filing has not been initiated/submitted. After we send a completion/fulfillment confirmation, the order is not refundable.

Note: Preparatory steps (data validation, account setup, document assembly, agency portal initiation) constitute work begun; at that point, any refund is at our sole discretion based on work performed and third-party fees incurred.

5) Pricing & Description Errors

If a product/service is listed with an error in price or description, we may cancel the order. If charged, we will issue a credit for the incorrect amount.

6) Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing our Services, you authorize us to charge your payment method and agree to contact us first to resolve concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with documentation of Services provided.

7) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email support@logisticrenewals.com using the subject line “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request”. Include:

  • Order number, purchase date, and service name(s)
  • Reason for the request and supporting details
